The word Dojo translates literally to "Place of the Way" and is the  sacred place where we train ourselves both physically and mentally for Karate.

The DGRKA has several Dojos in and around the Poole and Bournemouth Area, and information regarding these including the location, times of training and the class content can be found by selecting the Dojo from the list on the left.
